Recipe Rave: Turkey Pot Pie

So I made this last night and brought it into work today for me and some of my coworkers for lunch. Okay so this is an ideal - is was super easy and quick (30 minutes from start to table), it a great amount of points and it is such a good way to use up Turkey leftovers. One downside is that it does use some premade ingredients which I like to steer clear from but considering it is only a couple a times a year recipe I'm okay with it!

Turkey Pot Pie
8 servings

1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 cups of diced turkey
1.5 cups of mixed veggies (all I had were peas and corn)
1 pkg of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F
2. In a pot combine soup and milk and bring to boil. Add the veggies and turkey and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour into pie pan. Cover with the Rolls.
4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

Nutrition: 230 cals, 9g fat, 1g fibre = 5 points!

So there are ways to make this healthier with reduced fat stuff or lower fat pastry stuff. I just used Calorie King to get the N.I. so I hope it is accurate!
